A FEW CORE BELIEFS

  1. Good Thinking! Do you apathetically sell widgets, or is your company really contributing something good? At Beacon PR, we consider our work to be our ministry. If you’re doing something good, you’ve tapped right into the heart and passion of the Beacon PR team. One common theme of all Beacon clients is this – they are good people doing good things.  From there, Beacon PR is ready to help you develop, execute and shout your accomplishments from the mountaintops with its unique breadth and depth of experience coupled with that sincere zeal and energetic passion. So, get ready for “good thinking” from your Beacon PR team every time, counting on us to round out the picture with every little detail and to fully develop those creative power-punches. Good People. Good Deeds. Good Thinking. Beacon PR & you.

  2. E:E! You’ll hear Beacon PR team members periodically ask, “How’s the E to E on that?” What we’re asking is if your efficiency and your effectiveness collaborate. You can be effective all day long and so inefficient that your efforts are barely worth it. Likewise, you can be efficient but fall short of effectiveness. So, both internally and with client partners, the efficiency to effectiveness ratio is carefully scrutinized. Your two biggest perks to this soap box: (1) Beacon PR keeps overhead low, which is evident in the reasonable fee and (2) Your projects don’t involve spinning wheels. The goal is always to improve a relationship, to build your business one system at a time and to get a positive, measurable result.

  3. Everything is PR! A slogan attached to the office of Beacon PR’s founder more than a dozen years ago said “PR isn’t everything. Everything is PR!” This one slogan summarizes the definition the Beacon team assumes for our art, our craft, our science –PR. Business development and operational systems are at the core of our earliest client interactions because responsibly serving you requires us to dig that deep. The way the phone is answered and the way the organization is managed may not be first to come to your mind as you think of public relations, but those are certainly part of the picture. Everything is PR!

We could go on and on, so let us know if you're interested. The initial vision of Beacon's founder was simply to honor God’s blessings in her education/skills and positive reputation while contributing to her family and clients in a meaningful way. She set out to enjoy a PR career as well as motherhood. She didn't fathom what Beacon would become. It's core beliefs, like these three sneak previews, that have propelled Beacon PR clients - and Beacon - into such great positions today. Join in! What's your PR rant, rave or business question? We want to hear from you!
